Warranty
hf-webshop guarantees that our products are working as intended.
If the product is not working as intended hf-webshop will replace it free of charge.
Complaints
If you wish to return faulty goods please e-mail hans_fransson@spray.com, include full details of the problem and your invoice number.
You will receive further instructions by e-mail. You must make your complaint as soon as possible from the delivery of the goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
False orders
All attempts to place false orders or attempts to deceive will be reported to the local police authority.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and you
irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
Thus, contracts between you and hf-webshop shall be governed by Swedish Law.
hf-webshop follows the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN).
